FOMOstream® Server Version 20170905 is a fairly major update. Here’s what’s new!
PS.) It’s best to do a factory reset before running your Add-ons Manager to install the newest System Update.
We removed numerous Add-ons that have disappeared since our last update, and we have replaced them with some new add-ons that we are excited to to share with you!
Also, we have streamlined many of the most popular Movie and TV Show Add-ons to choose the best steam link for you automatically, which means less clicks on your part! With this new method, it helps to know what your FOMOstream® Android TV Box is doing in the background. For example, it might seem to take a few seconds longer for a movie to play when you click on it, but that’s only because it’s finding the best link to begin streaming automatically for you.
We have also added ALL your ‘featured’ Video Add-ons in a Menu Tab labeled ‘ADD-ONS’ for easier access to all of those being featured for you.
We have replaced the PHOENIX Add-on Menu Tab with BENNU, yet we still feature some Sub Menus underneath that still take you into the inner library of the Phoenix Add-on which still works!
We have improved the Sub Menu options under all the main menus including the SPORTS sub menus!
We have also set up your Local Radio Stations widgets to feature on your FOMOstream® Android TV Box.
We have programed many addons to download to your external storage by default each time you chose to download instead of stream. Be careful what you download though, we don’t encourage anyone to download copyrighted content.
Adult Add-ons are featured in this setup but are very easy to remove if you don’t want them. Just follow instructions as shown HERE.

I am new to this (Just upgraded to the box – so far impressed) – how do this updates get implemented to our local boxes? Is it automatic? Or a process we must do?

Hi Bob. The Kodi Addons ‘inner library’ updates automatically and your Add-ons Manager (automatic updates) should already be checked, which notifies you of new updates. Every 4 weeks or so it’s a good idea to check for updates within your apps. The 2 apps you should check are the ‘System Update’ and the ‘Add-ons Manager’ updater. If the versions are different, it means a new version is available for upload. Your System Update (OTA) updates the entire operating system. Your Add-ons Manager loads the Server Updates, which loads our unique FOMOstream® Android TV Box Kodi setup; which continues to evolve with new industry changes. Hope that helps.
